•       GoHighLevel, Inc. — our website platform and CRM provider, which processes contact form submissions, stores contact records, and may send emails on our behalf;

These service providers are contractually obligated to use personal information only as directed by Ampify and to maintain appropriate security measures.

4.2  Ampowr B.V.

As Ampify's manufacturing partner, Ampowr B.V. (Netherlands) may receive project inquiry information where it is necessary to prepare technical proposals, sizing analyses, or product specifications. Where such sharing occurs, it is subject to appropriate data transfer safeguards as described in Section 10 below.
